Rules of Conduct
1. Uniform Policy
i. Students must attend school in the prescribed uniform on all working days.
ii. Uniform must be clean, well-ironed and worn correctly.
iii. No jewellery, makeup, nail polish, or fancy accessories are allowed.
iv. Hair must be neatly groomed as per school guidelines.
v. ID card is compulsory every day.
2. Leave Policy
i. Leave applications must be submitted in writing by parents/guardians.
ii. Planned leave requires prior approval.
iii. Medical certificate is mandatory for sick leave exceeding two days.
iv. Students returning after long absence must report to the Class Teacher before rejoining.
3. Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTM)
i. Attendance at PTMs is mandatory for all parents.
ii. Students must accompany their parents in proper school uniform.
iii. Parents should adhere to the allotted date and time.
iv. Respectful behaviour is expected during interactions with teachers.
v. Parents unable to attend must inform the school in advance.
4. Transportation Guidelines
i. Students must follow all bus rules and instructions of the bus staff.
ii. They should reach the bus stop 5–10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time.
iii. Indiscipline, shouting, or standing while the bus is moving is strictly prohibited.
iv. Parents of junior students must hand over and receive the child at the designated stop.
v. Any change in bus route/stop must be requested in writing.
5.General School Code of Conduct
i. Students must maintain discipline and respect towards teachers, staff and peers.
ii. Punctuality is compulsory; repeated late entry may lead to disciplinary action.
iii. Bullying, fighting, use of foul language or any kind of misconduct is strictly prohibited.
iv. Damage to school property will result in fines and consequences.
v. Electronic gadgets (mobiles, smartwatches, etc.) are not permitted unless approved.
vi. Students must maintain cleanliness within the campus and follow all safety rules.
vii. Completion of classwork, homework and participation in school activities is expected.
